Andy Robinson said: nick checked heating problems and installed a new boiler in record time over the new year period without a word of complaint which was very refreshing and appreciated.

Very professional and followed up with teething problems after the installation in a very timely manner. A good job allround to date….and offers a warranty which very few people do in Cyprus.

Roy Mitchell said that he uses Nick for various maintenance works throughout he year to the complete satisfaction of my tenant.

Any time i call or email Nick he responds very quickly and as i have a tenant in my property this is very important. The latest works was to have the villa re-decorated from top to bottom. Nick arranged for the work to be carried out by very professional workers and the tenant emailed me praising their work. So well done Nick keep up the good work.

Gavin Price from the UK, just messaged Nick who replied very quick, within 24 Hours, they had already contacted my Uncle & Aunt in Cyprus and arranged a time & date to visit the villa, they turned up, fixed and left with no hassle. Will be using them again later in the year to service the AC units. Very professional, thank you.

Anne, who owns a villa in Paphos said: As soon as i was told that there was a problem with my cold water tank, i researched the internet from the UK and found Nick. Because i am not in Paphos, i had visions that a whole new water tank would be needed, bu thankfully, it was the float valve.
