Any time i call or email Nick he responds very quickly and as i have a tenant in my property this is very important. The latest works was to have the villa re-decorated from top to bottom. Nick arranged for the work to be carried out by very professional workers and the tenant emailed me praising their work. So well done Nick keep up the good work.

Anne called Nick after holiday makers in her apartment called her to say that there was no water coming through the taps in her apartment. Anne called Nick who attended the same day and removed airlocks from the pipe work.

Mr Rainford from Pegeia called Nick saying that he could not use his pool heating. Nick carried out repairs on the swimming pool heat exchanger and got it going.
Mr Rainford said  ‘Guy was friendly and polite and just did the job – perfect’.
Mr Herbert who owns a house on the fringes of Universal called Nicks Maintenance Services LTD on his first day out here this year to say that he had no water pressure and that he thought it was the pump.
Nick came round later that day and fitted a new twin impeller booster pump.

Gill Fish from St Georges called Nick in a bit of a flap when she noticed water pouring off her roof. Nick replaced the expansion vessel for the hot water system and solved the problem.
