Big on going power problems in Tsada

Mr Chojnowski answered our website survey after we had been called out to him a couple of times. This is a part of the feedback comments;

What works did you have done?:
Emergency replacement of central heating boiler and subsequent C/H progammer replacements,due to mains electricity power surges caused by faulty EAC external connections.

Please describe your experience and any other comments:
Nick responded immediately to our calls and provided expert guidance and very competitive quotes to resolve our problems. He was always available to take our calls and happy to provide interim workaround solutions whilst the Cyprus Electricity Board (EAC)were investigating our external electricity supply problems.
Nick also responded immediately to repair an emergecy problem on Christmas Eve to enable us to have central heating over Christmas. I would highly recommend Nick for his professionalism, urgency of response, highly competitive costs and first class overall customer service. We will certainly be using for any more problems we may encounter.

Its that time of year again!

Just a quick one to remind all customers that its that time of year to start thinking about having the air conditioning serviced. Please dont leave it to the last minute as we can not guarantee to get to you so quickly.

To customers that let their properties to holiday makers, please note; last year there were a couple of cases where holiday makers were hospitalised due to infections caused by poorly maintained air conditioning units and one home owner was succesfully charged in court for it. Under EU law, if you accept any type of payment for the use of your property ie its commercial, then the air conditioning must have been serviced and a receipt given proving that it has be done within the last 12 months.

Looking forward to summer!
