‘I recently purchase an apartment in Paphos, and on collecting the keys found no hot water from the taps, toilets flushing but continue to run, one sink plug seized in basin. Contacted Nick on my last day in Paphos, left the keys with agent and went home. The keys were collected, all work requested carried out quickly and at very reasonable cost.
